Engineers in the field. Physics on your side.
Eight engineering disciplines, one team. From a 30-minute ground-resistance sanity check to a forensic investigation of a transformer fire — we bring calibrated instruments, signed certificates, and no spin.
Electrical Safety Audit (ESA)
A structured, end-to-end review of every element in your facility that carries, switches or distributes power — and everything it's supposed to protect. Benchmarked against IEC 60364, IS 732, IS 3043, NFPA 70E and local regulatory authority codes.
- ✓Visual & thermographic survey of switchgear, DBs, cables and terminations
- ✓Earth-continuity, insulation-resistance and earth-loop impedance testing
- ✓Arc-flash hazard calculation and PPE category classification
- ✓Risk rating, prioritised remediation roadmap, compliance gap analysis
- ✓Signed audit report accepted by insurers, QHSE auditors and authorities
Electrical Failure Analysis
Fires, flashovers, exploded transformers, mysteriously dead IT racks — our forensic investigators have seen it all. We treat every incident as a scientific inquiry, using thermal imaging, oscilloscope capture, insulation diagnostics and metallurgical analysis to trace the root cause and prevent recurrence.
- 🔎Site walk-through, sample retrieval, witness interviews
- 🔎Thermography, PD (partial discharge) analysis, DGA on transformer oil
- 🔎Insurance-grade cause-and-effect report with photographic evidence
- 🔎Recommended corrective action, design changes, training inputs
- 🔎Expert witness support for arbitration or litigation
Data Centre Earthing
The Middle East is the fastest-growing hyperscale DC region on earth. A single nanosecond of earth-potential rise can crash a Tier-III facility; a single high-impedance bond can put an entire data hall off-line. Our DC earthing practice covers everything from Signal Reference Grid design to TN-S isolation.
- 🖥Signal Reference Grid (SRG) design, mesh-bonding & equipotentialisation
- 🖥TN-S isolation, clean-earth vs. dirty-earth segregation, HRG design
- 🖥Low-inductance copper bus-bars, compression terminations, test links
- 🖥Coordinated Type 1+2+3 SPDs aligned to UPS, static switch and PDU
- 🖥Full Tier III/IV commissioning test pack, fault-loop recordings
Lightning Protection Survey
Every Lightning Protection System we design starts with a proper IEC 62305-2 risk assessment. We calculate annual strike frequency (Nd), tolerable loss (RT), and arrive at the correct Level of Protection (LPL) — because over-designed LPS wastes money and under-designed LPS kills people.
- ⚡Ng lightning flash density mapping (ISO 31000 + GIS data)
- ⚡Risk components R1–R4 (loss of life, public service, cultural, economic)
- ⚡Protection-zone layout — rolling sphere, mesh and protection-angle method
- ⚡ESE radius simulation & strike-capture probability mapping
- ⚡Signed design dossier stamped by a competent engineer
Earthing Audit
An earthing system is only as good as its measured impedance on the day of the test. Our earthing audit gives you a calibrated, date-stamped, legally defensible record of your ground system's actual performance — not its design intent.
- 🌍3-pin fall-of-potential & 62% rule earth resistance measurement
- 🌍Clamp-on (ART) testing for bonded grids without disconnection
- 🌍Wenner & Schlumberger soil resistivity profiles (0.5 m – 30 m)
- 🌍Earth-bond continuity, step-and-touch voltage gradient mapping
- 🌍NABL-calibrated instruments, signed test certificates, remediation plan
Electromagnetic Field Survey
Power-frequency (50/60 Hz) and radio-frequency electromagnetic fields are invisible — but ICNIRP exposure limits, OSHA regulations and ISO/IEC compliance don't care. We map your facility's EM environment with broad-band and selective meters, compare against exposure limits, and design shielding where required.
- 📡Power-frequency E-field & B-field mapping (0–300 Hz)
- 📡RF / microwave survey (100 kHz–60 GHz)
- 📡ICNIRP / IEEE exposure limit compliance assessment
- 📡Shielding material selection (mu-metal, conductive films, bonded grids)
- 📡Full site heat-map with remediation priority
EMI / EMC Solutions
Electromagnetic Interference kills sensitive equipment long before you notice. Dropped communications, unexplained trips, test-bench variability — we trace the source (conducted or radiated), engineer the mitigation (filters, shielding, bonding, separation) and verify compliance against IEC/CISPR standards.
- 🛰Conducted & radiated emission measurements (CISPR 11 / 22 / 32)
- 🛰Immunity / susceptibility testing (IEC 61000-4 series)
- 🛰Filter, ferrite and shielded-cable selection & specification
- 🛰Signal-integrity analysis, common-mode choke design
- 🛰Pre-compliance testing for CE / UL / KUCAS certification
Earthing & Lightning Installation
A perfect design on paper means nothing if the trench is shallow, the exothermic weld is under-packed or the down conductor is routed through a re-bar cage. Our crews are CAPE-trained, PQ-certified and equipped to deliver complete LPS and earthing systems from pit to peak — with full commissioning test packs handed over at closeout.
- 🛠Civil trenching, rock-breaking and borehole drilling for deep electrodes
- 🛠Exothermic welding, compression lugs, test-link fabrication
- 🛠Down-conductor and air-terminal mounting, roof penetration detailing
- 🛠SPD installation, coordinated-protection commissioning
- 🛠As-built drawings, final earth-resistance certificates, AMC handover
