How fast can you quote?
Standard BOQ response is 48 working hours. Urgent requests with complete drawings can be quoted same-day for most GCC locations.
Do you deliver to Saudi / Oman / Bahrain?
Yes. Our regional warehouses ship across all six GCC countries within 48–72 hours. Clearance and local delivery handled end-to-end.
Is the CAPE range EIAC/DEWA/Kahramaa approved?
CAPE Electric products are IEC type-tested and accepted by major GCC authorities. We'll handle approval documentation for your specific project.
Do you just supply, or install too?
Both. Because we're part of Aamtron Group (a live MEP contractor), we can deliver fully-commissioned turnkey installations — or supply-only, as you prefer.
What's the warranty?
Standard CAPE factory warranty on all components (typically 5 years), plus our installation warranty (1 year). Extended AMC packages available.
Can you audit an existing installation?
Absolutely. An independent audit is one of our most requested services. We'll test, report and recommend — regardless of the original installer.
